1. Acceptance
By accessing indohill.com (the "Site"), operated by Indohill Partners Private Limited ("Indohill", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What this Site is
The Site is an informational and advisory-intake platform covering investment migration, sovereign advisory, and strategic management consulting services. Interactive tools on the Site — the Live Passport Index, Program Comparator, and Sovereignty Score — use illustrative datasets for demonstration and orientation purposes and are clearly labeled as such where they appear. They do not constitute a live government data feed and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision.
3. Not professional advice
Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, immigration, tax, financial, or investment advice. Any content, program comparison, fee estimate, or score generated by the Site's tools is general in nature. 4. No guaranteed outcomes
Citizenship, residency, and permanent residency programs referenced on this Site are administered by third-party sovereign governments. Indohill does not control and cannot guarantee application approval, processing timelines, program terms, or fee schedules, all of which remain subject to change by the relevant government at any time without notice.
5. Certified partners
Where Indohill introduces you to a certified legal, real estate, or financial partner, that partner acts independently and is responsible for its own advice, services, and regulatory compliance. Indohill's role is limited to vetting and coordination unless otherwise agreed in a separate engagement letter.
6. Intellectual property
The Site, including its design, text, graphics, the "Indohill Global Matrix™," "Live Passport Index™," and "AI Sovereignty Score™" tool names, and underlying code, is the property of Indohill Partners Private Limited or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to access it by unauthorized means, submit false information through the intake form, or use it to violate any applicable law.

The Site may reference or link to third-party government or provider websites. Indohill is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party sites.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indohill Partners Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its illustrative tools. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
Given Indohill Partners Private Limited's Global Headquarters is located in West Bengal, India, these Terms are presumptively governed by the laws of India, with courts at Kolkata, West Bengal having jurisdiction.
