2. What we collect

Our private intake form and related workflows collect:

• Identity & contact data — full name, email, phone number, country of residence.
• Engagement data — client type, preferred office, investment objectives, indicative budget, and timeline, as volunteered in our intake form.
• Technical data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically by hosting and content-delivery infrastructure.
• Due diligence data — for engaged clients only, source-of-funds and identity documentation required by the government program or partner institution involved, collected directly by the relevant licensed partner under its own privacy obligations.

3. How we use it

To respond to enquiries, assess eligibility for programs of interest, coordinate with certified legal/real estate/wealth partners on your behalf (with your consent), operate and improve this site, and comply with applicable law, including anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations that apply to investment migration engagements.

4. Legal basis

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis (e.g. the EU/UK GDPR), we rely on: your consent (for marketing and optional data), performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request (for engagement-related data), and our legitimate interests in operating and securing this site.
