AML & Compliance Statement

Last updated: 9 August 2026 · Applies to indohill.com and Indohill engagements

Investment migration is one of the most heavily regulated areas of private client advisory. This statement sets out the standards Indohill Partners Private Limited applies — and expects of every certified partner — to counter money laundering, terrorist financing, and sanctions evasion.

1. Our position

Indohill does not accept engagements from, and will terminate any engagement with, individuals or entities that are subject to applicable international sanctions, are the subject of an active Interpol Red Notice, or cannot demonstrate a lawful, verifiable source of funds and source of wealth.

2. Know-Your-Customer (KYC)

Before any application is filed on a client's behalf, Indohill and/or its certified partners collect and verify, at minimum:

  • Certified identity documentation (passport, national ID) for the applicant and all dependants;
  • Proof of address and, where required by the program, biometric data;
  • Documented source of funds for the qualifying investment, and source of wealth for the applicant's broader net worth;
  • Screening against global sanctions, politically-exposed-person (PEP), and adverse media lists.

3. Due diligence tiers

Every investment migration program referenced on this Site additionally runs its own government-mandated due diligence (frequently a Tier 1–4 background check performed by independent international agencies engaged directly by the issuing government). This is separate from, and in addition to, Indohill's own KYC process, and final approval authority always rests with the relevant government — never with Indohill or any partner firm.

4. Certified partner standards

Firms in Indohill's Certified Partner Network are expected to maintain their own AML/KYC program appropriate to their license and jurisdiction, and to cooperate fully with Indohill's own compliance reviews as a condition of remaining certified.

5. Reporting

Indohill will report suspicious activity to the relevant financial intelligence unit or regulator where legally required to do so, and reserves the right to decline or unwind any engagement where AML/KYC standards cannot be satisfied.

Indohill Partners Private Limited's actual AML/KYC program, regulatory registrations, and reporting obligations vary by jurisdiction and should be finalized with qualified compliance counsel before the Site and any live engagements go live.
